DURALS (Mil link) now has specific areas for each of the 8 Winter Sports disciplines. When reporting an incident or accident, on the ‘Occurrence details’ tab, select’ Activity’ and scroll down to ‘Sports>Winter Sports’ and from there select the discipline.
Please ensure all committees and participants know where to report occurrences, and they are not placed into general Sports, Adventure Training, Training/Course or PT. Use of these specific areas will allow accurate collation and analysis of injury and safety data.
Discipline Secretaries should apply to the Army Safety Centre for read and analysis permissions to enable them to interrogate the entries recorded under their discipline.
